The St Barnabas Terraces operate as part of St Barnabas Anglican Church, Broadway, and so is managed with Christian principles in mind. Therefore, the Terraces Management requires that residents agree to and sign the Terms and Conditions as set out below. By signing this agreement residents acknowledge that the network administrator has access to data relating to individual usage and anyone found in breach of the Terms and Conditions will be subject to disciplinary action which may include permanent internet disconnection or termination of residency which would include forfeiting of bond.
