We have entered into a Sales Agreement, or the sales agreement, with SVB Leerink LLC, or SVB Leerink, dated July 20, 2020, relating to the sale of our common shares offered by this prospectus supplement. In accordance with the terms of the sales agreement, under this prospectus supplement we may offer and sell our common shares, nominal value €0.12 per share, having an aggregate offering price of up to $50,000,000 from time to time through SVB Leerink, acting as our agent.
