This First Amendment to Public Parking Garage Agreement (“Amendment”) is made and entered into this day of May, 2022 by and between Gulfshore Playhouse, Inc., a Florida not for profit corporation, whose mailing address is 1010 5th Avenue South, Naples, FL 34102 (“Gulfshore Playhouse”), Downtown Naples, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, whose mailing address is 9220 Bonita Beach Road, Suite 200, Bonita Springs, FL 34135 (“Downtown Naples LLC”, and together with Gulfshore Playhouse, collectively referred to as the “Landowners”), the City of Naples Community Redevelopment Agency, a dependent special district created by the City of Naples whose address is 735 Eighth Street South, Naples Florida 34102 (“CRA”) and the City of Naples, a municipal corporation of the State of Florida, whose Post Office Address is 735 Eighth Street South, Naples, Florida 34102 (“City”).
