Increase to Wages for All Bargaining Unit Members On-Schedule/Ongoing For the 2022-2023 school year, retroactive to July 1, 2022, or an employee’s start date in the 2022-2023 school year, the Norwalk-La Mirada Unified School District and the Teachers Association of the Norwalk La Mirada Area agree to an increase in the amount of 11% to all salaries and stipends in Appendices A-K. 11%(Retroactive to July 1, 2022) The Extra Pay Rate will be increased to $45 per hour, effective January 1, 2023. Included are Master Agreement article(s) language items as denoted in subsequent pages. This tentative agreement concludes all negotiation items inclusive of salary and health & welfare benefits for the 2022-2023 school year.
