(the “Foundation”), a non-profit corporation is intended to meet the Board of Regents of the Montana University System (“BOR”) requirements as set forth in its Policy 901.09: Campus-Affiliated Foundations. This agreement shall be effective upon the date indicated above through January 31, 2024.
