The PAPs hereby request the agency to provide pre/post adoption services. They agree to abide by the requests, rules and regulations of the agency and its designee in relation thereto. They agree to adopt said child as their own child and to undertake all of the obligations and responsibilities of a parent toward said child. This includes rights of inheritance and the necessities of life, and the PAP agree to provide for said child any and all medical, hospital or institutional care which said child may require both before and after adoption from the moment they receive physical custody of said child. They also agree to love and provide for said child as a loving parent emotionally and financially both before and after adoption.
