License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Ohio State Innovation Foundation (“OSIF”) for the use of certain “Works” that have been made in the course of research at Ohio State and any associated materials provided therewith (collectively, the “Software”).
