Welcome to CabWriter. This CabWriter Software License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a legal agreement between the individual, or the company or other organization on whose behalf such individual accepts this Agreement (“You”, “Your” or “Yourself”) and CabWriter Software LLC (“CabWriter”). By downloading, installing or using CabWriter software or any portion thereof (the "Software") You hereby agree to be bound by the terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") contained in this Agreement and represent that You are authorized to do so. If You are a business entity, You also represent that You are duly authorized to do business in the country or countries where You operate and that Your employees, officers, representatives, and other agents accessing the Software are duly authorized to access the Software and to legally bind You to these Terms and Conditions.
