This Development and TIG Infrastructure Reimbursement Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of April, 2024 (“Effective Date”), by and between JACKSON-SHAW COMPANY, LLC, a Texas limited liability company (together with its affiliates, successors and assigns, “Developer”), and the TOWN OF LANDIS, a North Carolina municipal corporation (“Town”).
