This document is a General Terms & Conditions for Purchase Order (hereinafter referred to as “PO”) issued by the COMPANY to a person or persons, partnership firm or company and includes CONTRACTOR's personnel, representative(s), successor(s) and permitted assignee(s) (hereinafter referred to as the “CONTRACTOR” for a supply or provision of the GOODS or SERVICES by the CONTRACTOR as specified in the PO (“GOODS” or “SERVICES”) and the CONTRACTOR agrees to comply with the terms & conditions hereunder.
