This Purchase Agreement ("Agreement") contains Apple's standard Purchase Order Terms and Conditions and shall apply to any Purchase Order (a "PO") issued by Apple to Seller. As used in this Agreement, "Seller" means seller and its subsidiaries and affiliates and "Apple" means Apple Teknoloji ve Satış Limited Şirketi. Seller shall procure the agreement of its subsidiaries and affiliates to the provisions of this Agreement and shall be responsible for the compliance by its subsidiaries and affiliates with the provisions of this Agreement. Seller and Apple hereby agree as follows:
