This license agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of 2005 by and between Johann Wolfgang Goethe-Universitaet, Universitaetsbibliothek Johann Christian Senckenberg, Bockenheimer Landstrasse 134-138, 60325 Frankfurt, Germany (the "Representative"), authorized to enter into this Agreement on behalf of itself and its participating institutions and libraries, as described in section 1.2 (the "Institutions"), and to enforce the obligations herein on the Institutions (collectively, the "Subscriber") pursuant to a consent form substantially in the form set forth on Schedule 3, and Elsevier B.V., Radarweg 29, 1043 NX Amsterdam, The Netherlands (the "Licensor").
