This Stipulation and Settlement Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into among (i) the State of New York (the “State”); (ii) relator GIG Group LLC (the “Relator”); and (iii) A&R Food Services, Inc., R&G Food Services, Inc., Yankee Clipper Food Services I Inc., Yankee Clipper Food Services, Inc., Rocco Manniello (deceased), Michele Manniello, Gelsomina Manniello, and Lisa Manniello (collectively “Defendants”), through their authorized representatives. The above-named parties are hereinafter collectively referred to as “the Parties.”
