This Amendment to the Contract for West Marin “Stagecoach” Transit Service Demonstration Project made and entered into this second day of May 2006, by and between the MARIN COUNTY TRANSIT DISTRICT (hereinafter referred to as District) and the MARIN SENIOR COORDINATING COUNCIL, INC. (hereinafter referred to as Contractor) provides for extension of the agreement until June 30, 2006.
