This Data Processing Addendum (“DPA” or “Addendum”) forms part of the existing agreement(s) between the customer identified on the signature page of this Addendum (the “College”) and ZeeMee, Inc. (“ZeeMee”), and/or other written or electronic agreement(s) between ZeeMee and College for the purchase of Services provided by ZeeMee (collectively the “Agreement”) to reflect the parties’ agreement with regard to the Processing of Personal Data for College, in accordance with the requirements of Data Protection Laws. The effective date of this DPA is May 25, 2018 or the effective date of the Agreement, whichever is later (“Effective Date”). All capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning set out in the Agreement.
