the Association's Master Deed, By-Laws Residential Use Restrictions, and Rules and Regulations ("Governing Documents") constitute material provisions of the lease for this unit (the "Lease”) and are incorporated by reference in this Lease Rider. If any provision of the Lease is not consistent with the Governing Documents, the Governing Documents will control. Landlords shall supply a copy of the, current Governing Documents to Tenant. By signing this Lease Rider, Tenant acknowledges receipt of the Governing Documents.
