This EULA constitutes a legally binding agreement between an employee, contractor or agent of the Company who is granted permission to use and access the Software in accordance with the Terms of Service (the “End User”) and TESSALink. By using or accessing the Software, End User has demonstrated End User’s acceptance of this EULA and this EULA is effective as of that date (“Effective Date”).
