1B Each of the persons named in Parts A and B of the Schedule to this Order having given a written undertaking pursuant to the terms of the Confidentiality Ring Order dated 18 December 2018, such undertakings shall continue to apply in respect of this amended Confidentiality Ring Order, and thereby being designated as an Inner Confidentiality Ring Member and Outer Confidentiality Ring Member respectively.
