I/We, the person(s) described in Section I of the First Schedule hereto (hereinafter called “the Chargor(s)”) have this day charged the land described in the Jadual and in Section 3 of the First Schedule hereto (hereinafter called “the said Property”) to MALAYSIA BUILDING SOCIETY BERHAD (Company No. 9417-K), a company incorporated in Malaysia and having its registered office at 11th Floor, Wisma MBSB, 48, Jalan Dungun, Damansara Heights, 50490 Kuala Lumpur (hereinafter called “MBSB”) upon the terms and subject to the conditions hereinafter appearing and DO HEREBY AGREE(S), COVENANT(S) AND UNDERTAKE(S) with MBSB as follows :-
