All sales of equipment (“Equipment”) to Customer will be subject to and contingent upon the terms and conditions set forth herein, including the limited warranties, which will be the sole and exclusive terms and conditions applicable to such sales. Company will not be bound by any terms and conditions proposed by Customer that are additional to or different from the terms and conditions set forth herein unless Company specifically agrees in writing to be bound thereby.
