This contract note shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflicts of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this contract note shall be finally settled by the Swedish courts, with Stockholm City Court (Sw. Stockholms tingsrätt) as first instance.
