The Municipal Corporation, the Appropriate Authority and the Nagarpalika shown In Schedule - I (herein after referred to as “Agencies”) of this memorandum of understanding (MOU) are under the administrative jurisdiction of Urban Development and Urban Housing Department of Government of Gujarat (hereinafter referred to as "UDD"), which term shall, unless repugnant to the context or meaning thereof, mean and include its permitted assigns, through its authorized signatory Secretary (Housing) of UDD (hereinafter referred to as "Secretary"), is authorized to sign and execute this document on behalf of Authorities.
