In compliance with Texas Government Code Sections 531.02012 and 531.00553, this support services agreement (SSA) outlines at a high level the centralized services that receiving areas within the Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) will receive from the Office of Transformation & Innovation (OTI). Receiving areas include both HHSC programs and divisions receiving services from the administrative support area. This SSA also includes performance goals that OTI must meet and defines the fundamental roles and responsibilities of the respective areas related to OTI services.
