This Settlement Agreement and Release (the “Settlement” or the “Agreement”) is made and entered by and between Plaintiffs Ryan DePauw and Jeremy Wilson, individually and on behalf of the Settlement Class (“Plaintiffs” or “Class Representatives”), on the one hand, and Defendant Whitestone Furnishings, LLC (“Whitestone” or “Defendant”), on the other hand, and is subject to approval in the action Ryan DePauw et al. v. Whitestone Furnishings, LLC to be filed in the Circuit Court of the State of Oregon (the “Court”).
