This Consent to Assignment and Amendment to Program Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of this day of August, 2020 by and between Neutron Holdings, Inc. (“Lime”) and the Sacramento Area Council of Governments, a California joint powers agency authority (“SACOG”). Lime and SACOG may individually be referred to as “Party” and may collectively be called “Parties.”
