This Reseller Addendum (this “Addendum”) forms a part of that certain Master Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) by and between Internap Corporation (“INAP”) and (“Customer”). All capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in the Agreement. Each of INAP and Customer may be referred to herein as a “Party” and together as the “Parties.”
