The Employer will provide each employee with training in and a booklet about discrimination and sexual harassment including the Employer’s policies in this regard. Each employee is expected to attend such training, to read the booklet provided and to act at all times in accordance with the legislation and the Employer’s policies as described in the training and booklet.
