The Exhibitor hereby submits this contract for exhibit space at DV Expo 2008 to NewBay Media, LLC (the “Producer”) and hereby acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions set forth (including the reverse side hereof) and to the rules and regulations set forth in the Exhibitor Service Manual. The Exhibitor further agrees that, upon acceptance of this Application by the Producer, this Application shall become a legally binding contract, enforceable against the Exhibitor in accordance with its terms.
