This Destiny Resource Management Agreement made effective October 1, 2015 by and between Follett School Solutions, Inc. (“Follett”) and Brick Township Board of Education, Brick, New Jersey (“Board” or “Customer” or “you”) and hereby includes and incorporates the attached Additional Terms and Conditions and Schedules A and B (collectively, “Agreement”). The Agreement governs your purchase, implementation and licensing of Destiny Resource Management Solution™. All pricing is contingent upon full payment of previously billed costs and fees.
