Rent Due / Late Consequences- Rent is due on the 1st. It is late on the 5th. Owners expect to receive the rent before the late date. Should exceptional circumstances prevent prompt payment, Tenant will pay a late fee of $50 plus any costs incurred for legal reasons or notices. If rent isn’t paid by the 15th of the month the tenant can be evicted at the owner’s discretion.
