The Township and the Union have already agreed to a Letter of Agreement allowing the three positions in the Assessing Department to be outsourced subject to certain conditions. By this Agreement, the Township and the Union further agree to allow Deborah Harrison to retire immediately as if she had 15 years of service- only for the purposes of retiree health care. The Township and the Union also agree to allow Rochelle Leon to retire immediately as if she had 25 years of service- only for the purposes of retiree health care. Their pension shall be calculated based on actual pension service credit accumulated as of their date of retirement. The Township also agrees to provide a one-time payment of $500 to every current AFSCME-member employee except Deborah Harrison and Rochelle Leon.
