WHEREAS THE UNION is the sole collective bargaining agent of all employees of Joseph's Centre, save and except professional medical staff, graduate nursing staff, undergraduate nurses, graduate pharmacists, graduate dietitians, student dietitians, technical personnel, supervisors, persons above the rank of supervisor, office staff, activity programmer, assistant activity programmer, stationary engineers and their apprentices, ward clerks, persons regularly employed for not more than hours per week, students and persons employed for the vacation period.
