• While all FirstHealth employees are employed “at-will”, meaning they can voluntarily leave employment or FirstHealth can terminate their employment at any time, with or without notice, and with or without cause, it is hoped that the new graduate R.N. will work at least 12 months after successful completion of the internship requirements in Medical and Surgical nursing units, Inpatient Rehab and Observation Unit.
