This Operator-Participant Agreement (Agreement) sets forth the terms and conditions under which Advanced Air LLC (“Advanced Air”), 12101 Crenshaw Blvd., Suite 100, Hawthorne, California 90250 in return for payment in the amount indicated as the total charter price, agrees to provide you (Participant) with charter air transportation (Charter).
