In consideration for the Motorcycle Safety Foundation, Inc. (“MSF”), the entity sponsoring the training (_MRTC, LLC. ), the owner of the training motorcycle (if not owned by the undersigned), and the owners of the premises upon which training occurs, including each of their affiliates, subsidiaries, members, employees, officers, coaches, instructors, aides, and/or agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”), permitting the undersigned to participate in this Safety Education and Training Course (the “Course”), I, the undersigned Participant, agree to all of the following:
