The Texas Facilities Commission (hereinafter referred to as “TFC”), a state agency located at 1711 San Jacinto Boulevard, Austin, Texas 78701, as Owner (as defined in 2015 Uniform General Conditions, Section 1.28) and [Insert R-CA Name] (hereinafter referred to as “R-CA”), located at [Insert R-CA Address], enter into the following agreement for professional engineering services (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) pursuant to the Professional Services Procurement Act, Tex. Gov’t Code Ann. Ch. 2254, Subchapter. A, to be effective as of the Effective Date (as defined below).
