This Accreditation Trademark License Agreement ("Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between the following Parties: The Open Group, L.L.C., a Delaware LLC, (“The Open Group”) and the entity described in the signature section of this Agreement (“Licensee” or “Affiliate Licensee”). The Open Group and the Licensee or Affiliate Licensee are sometimes referred to herein as a “Party” or “the Parties”.
