THIS FINANCING AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), made and entered into this day of January, 2023 by and between the CITY OF MARIANNA, FLORIDA (the “Issuer”), a municipal corporation in the State of Florida and its successors and assigns, and REGIONS CAPITAL ADVANTAGE, INC., a Tennessee corporation authorized to do business in Florida, and its successors and assigns (the “Lender”).
