This Third Amended and Restated Limited Partnership Agreement dated as of December 1, 2005, is made by and among Freestyle Fund GP, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “General Partner”), and such other person or persons as may become parties to this Agreement by executing a counterpart herein, as Limited Partners (each a “Limited Partner” and, collectively with the General Partner, the “Partners”).
