This Master Software as a Service Agreement (this “Agreement”), effective as of [date] (the “Effective Date”), is by and between Securonix, Inc. (“Securonix”) and [Customer entity name] (“Customer”). This Agreement includes and incorporates (i) the Order Form attached as Exhibit A, and any additional Order Forms incorporated by reference; (ii) The Securonix Services Support Exhibit attached as Exhibit B; (iii) the Securonix Services Service Level Availability attached as Exhibit C; and (iii) the Implementation Services Exhibit attached as Exhibit D. Securonix and Customer may be referred to herein collectively as the “Parties” or individually as a “Party”.
