This User is hereby granted the exclusive use of the Restricted Area on the Reserved Date and during the Reserved Time set forth above, subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement and the Rules and Regulations of the Association, which rules, regulations, terms and conditions are hereby acknowledged and agreed to by User and Association. All parties must end when the clubhouse closes at 10:00pm, the pool closes at dusk if using cabana area and are not extended no later until 9:00pm.
