TERMS OF USE FOR THE STANLEY BLACK & DECKER ONLINE APPLICATIONSJune 3rd, 2010
This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions that apply to your use of the Stanley Black & Decker Online Applications available through the Stanley Black & Decker public network (the “Network”) on behalf of your Provider. This is a legally binding document and by signing this Agreement or otherwise using the Network, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, you will not be permitted access to the Network. Each individual user employed by a Stanley Black & Decker (“Stanley Black & Decker”) supplier, vendor or service provider (each, a “Provider”) and desiring access to the Network must execute this Agreement both on behalf of the individual user and the Provider.
