DISTRICT NUMBER EIGHTY (“First Amendment”) is made and entered into by and between THE NORTH ATLANTIC DEVELOPERS, LLC, a South Dakota limited liability company located at 520 Kansas City Street, Suite 101, Rapid City, South Dakota 57702 (“Developer”), the CITY OF RAPID CITY, a municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of South Dakota, located at 300 Sixth Street, Rapid City, South Dakota 57701 (the “City”), and FIRST NATIONAL BANK, at 632 Main Street, Rapid City, South Dakota, 57701 (“Lender”). This First Amendment is effective once signed by all of the parties.
