WHEREAS the Council and the Association are desirous of establishing a form of standard Province-wide Collective Agreement with respect to certain employees of the Employers engaged in ail phases of demolition and as in and of this Collective Agreement and withinthe geographical area herein so as to provide uniform interpretation, application and administration of the relationship established;
