This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Cloudwick and the customer (individual or entity) that has downloaded or otherwise procured the Amorphic Subscription (as defined below) for use as an end user (“you”). This Agreement applies only to the Amorphic Subscription and Professional Services, as referenced herein.
