INTERNATIONAL BANK FOR RECONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT and INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION (“Bank”), on the one hand, and STICHTING CORDAID, a legal entity established and operating pursuant to the PIE Documentation (as hereinafter defined) (“Project Implementing Entity”), on the other hand, in connection with the Grant Agreement (“Grant Agreement”) dated March 25,2024 between the REPUBLIC OF ZIMBABWE (“Recipient”) and the Bank. The Bank and the Project Implementing Entity hereby agree as follows:
