This agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"), together with the product description described below, defines the terms and conditions of the Scale Cloud Service, hereinafter referred to as the “Service", and also includes other service agreements, etc., established for the term of the agreement. By registering an account in the client's portal, the parties are bound by this agreement.
