Please refer to the production services agreement dated as of March 25, 2011 (the "Agreement") between Sony Pictures Animation Inc. ("SPA") and you ("Artist"). Except as otherwise defined herein, all capitalized terms used herein shall have the same meanings ascribed to them in the Agreement.
