made and entered into as of the day of December, 2019, among IGC Holdings, Inc., an Illinois Corporation (“IGCH”), Illinois Gas Company, an Illinois Corporation ("IGC"), Utility Safety and Design, Inc., an Illinois Corporation (“USDI”), USSOver Incorporated, an Illinois Corporation (“USSOver”), and IGC Services, Inc., an Illinois Corporation (“IGCS”), each of which entities are identified on Attachment A hereto ("IGC Affiliates"), and such other entities as may be added to and identified on Attachment A as it may be amended from time to time in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
