Chesser Resources Limited (the “Company” or “Chesser”– ASX:CHZ) entered into a Farm-In Agreement with Mithril Resources Limited ( “Mithril” – ASX:MTH) in October 2015. The Farm-In Agreement required a staged expenditure contribution in order for Chesser to acquire a registered interest in selected Kurnalpi tenements in Western Australia. Chesser has not made the expenditure required to earn a registered interest in the Kurnalpi tenements.
